As a member of the Board of Directors, I help chart and execute the strategic and long-term vision of the International Game Developers Association. IGDA is the largest games association, and my focus lays in support growing industry communities around the world advocating for their local needs and unique points of view.

journey into game dev

I am a Game Producer and Studio Director who thrives at the intersection of creative vision and structured execution. My journey into the industry began with a background in animation and interactivity design, and that artistic lens still informs how I lead teams today: balancing the rigor of production with a deep respect for the creative process.My experience has been defined by building and scaling sustainable studio environments. From my time growing Nerd Monkeys in Lisbon to architecting Telescope Game Studios from the ground up in Potsdam, I’ve focused on navigating complex transitions with transparency. I specialize in bridging the gap between cinematic storytelling and interactive play, having led the development of several multi-platform titles and transmedia ecosystems.Beyond studio walls, I am a dedicated advocate for the global developer community. Whether serving as Board Secretary for the IGDA or championing diversity with Women in Games, I am committed to fostering a connected, resilient industry where developers feel empowered to do their best work.I believe that great games are the result of teams that feel supported and heard. My goal is always to deliver exceptional player experiences while maintaining a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
